The PowerSaw by TurboSawmill is the return of our original chainsaw swing-blade sawmill — redesigned from the ground up to be cleaner, lighter, stronger, and more refined than ever before.

Around 90% of the PowerSaw structure is built from aluminium, dramatically reducing overall weight while maintaining strength and rigidity. Aluminium components are finished in anodized silver for durability and corrosion resistance. Only selected high-load components are manufactured from mild steel and finished with a durable powder-coat, while all fasteners are stainless steel for long-term reliability in harsh environments.

The PowerSaw uses your own chainsaw (not included). Your chainsaw mounts directly to the carriage, transforming it into a highly portable swing-blade sawmill that can be set up almost anywhere — even over oversized logs in remote locations.

The carriage weighs approximately 30 kg, making it exceptionally easy to handle. The complete sawmill weighs around 150 kg, making it practical for both air freight and sea freight. The system breaks down into compact components for transport, with the beam being the largest and heaviest single part at approximately 60kg. The beam is notably stronger and more durable.

Cutting capacity is up to 7″ × 7″ in a single pass, or 7″ × 14″ in a double cut, with a maximum log length of 15’. Independent sizing at each end allows accurate, flexible cutting even on uneven terrain.
